CNC TOOL EXPRESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (the "Agreement") IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CNC TOOL EXPRESS AND ("YOU" OR "YOUR") the user. PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THIS WEBSITE. www.cnctoolexpress.com (the "Website") is operated by Chicago Lathe LLC which will provide You with products. From time to time Chicago Lathe LLC may modify this Agreement. Therefore, please periodically review this agreement whenever accessing or using the Website. If at any time you decline to accept this agreement, you may not use the Website.
Shipping
Orders placed by 3.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (if the item is in stock) by our delivery warehouse. Prices for different order values and different shipping zones can be viewed during the checkout process. If we are out of stock on any or all items, they will not be processed on your order. CNC Express will automatically notify you by e-mail when any out of stock items are re-stocked in our warehouse.
CNC Tool Express at times offers free freight as part of our tool promotions in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders will be billed according to the costs. Our normal shipping is by USPS ground, but you may request a quotation for special expedited shipping at and extra fee. Any time or date given for delivery by CNC Tool Express is given in good faith based on normal delivery times only. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to lost or delayed shipments.
Privacy and Security
Your details are not shared with other companies with the exception of chicago Lathe LLC our associated business.
Returns and Replacements
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Any goods purchased online that are found to be faulty will be refunded in full if notified within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days. Goods must be returned to CNC Tools Express; the sender is responsible for the cost of the return. Provided that the goods are unused and/or faulty then postage will not be charged on the replacement. If the customer orders incorrectly then goods can still be returned provided that they are unused.
Ordering
Orders can be placed online by email only and will be processed that day if it is a working day or on the next working day. Our order process is fully encrypted and no person will ever see your information.
Pricing and Promotion
Prices are reviewed regularly and especially if our suppliers have changed theirs. If goods are no longer available, we will try to offer a substitute at a similar price and will contact the customer before dispatch to check acceptability. From time to time we may offer promotions that have either an expiry date or a spend limit. Customers must ensure that they read the terms of the offer on receipt.
You agree to pay the price displayed on the Website for the goods ordered at the time CNC Tool Express receives your order. Even though we make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If CNC Tool Express discovers an error in the price or description of the goods that you have ordered, CNC Tool Express will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If CNC Tool Express is unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.
Acceptance
You shall be deemed to have accepted all the goods on delivery to the address specified in the order.
