An industrial grade parting tool set with holder, 2 double ended blades, 4 carbide inserts and tools. These blades are made of hardened and ground high strength steel 0.78" tall for low flex and deep parting capability. The blades are ground to 0.063" thickness and the carbides are 0.078" thick for the fastest parting with minimum material loss. The blade holder is 2.5" long and has a 0.375" side shank for holding in your toolpost. The replaceable carbides have a center groove chip breaker design and also part evenly on both sides of the cut for a burr free breakaway. The blades can be used for front or rear parting operations.
